We will do our best to serve and satisfy our customers. We do not ship repackaged or defected products; and if your package arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new one at no cost to you. We only ship genuine brand name products from the original makers. For some products, the brand name makers offer a direct drop-ship to our customers. We aim for

Credit Card Charges
We do not charge more for bathroom fixtures and steam showers than the amount we display on the Internet. We do not over charge!!! No hidden charges for bath hardware!!! No toilet surcharges!!! The BATHROOM will send out receipts to customers on the date the order for home fixtures was placed.
Shipping Damages
All damages to steam showers made by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be covered by BATHROOM bed and foam We will ship out new replacement units as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the damaged units to us. It is imperitive that the customer verify shower panel damage prior to signing off for it from their shipping company in order to get refunds or exchanges.
