RETURNS
Electronics
All electronic merchandise accepted for return will be credited at 90%
of the invoice price or the current price, whichever is lower. This is
to cover handling and restocking costs. Returned merchandise must be in
its original carton, complete with all accessories and manuals, and must
be in re-sellable condition.
Non-Electronics
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee
for non-electronic products.
All Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a return
authorization number. Due to manufacturers' policies, some
merchandise may not be returnable. Merchandise that is
"close-out" or "special order" is not returnable.
Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being
returned to Sole Convenience Inc., for any reason, must be paid by the
customer and not by Sole Convenience Inc. It is the customer's
responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue
due to customer cancellation or refusal upon delivery. For C.O.D. orders
that are refused, customers will be charged shipping fees, plus
restocking charges.
Returns Date
All returns should be completed within 30 days
from the order date.
Shipping Damage
All damages made
by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be
covered by Sole Convenience Inc. We will ship out new replacement units
as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the old units
to Sole Convenience Inc.
