Shipping Rates & Policies
Your order can be delivered to your door for free. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. The only exceptions are large or heavy items, such as a tanning beds, steam showers, some bidets, etc.
Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items)
Many products ordered from BATHROOM are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.
**IMPORTANT! International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is added only to steam shower orders delivered within California. The state of California requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order including the shipping charges. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in California is 7.25%. For orders within the Orange County area, the tax rate is 7.75%. LA County is 8.25%

How Fast Will You Receive An Order
All orders are processed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order will try to be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.

Out of Stock Products
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.

Easy Returns

1. Please call and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused. |

2.We will call up the shipper that provided shipping to you in the first place to pickup. Please use UPS to ship back if you are returning a bidet. |
 |

3. Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package |

4. Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address. |
